Dear Natural Locs Guests,

We would like to welcome you all to our new and updated location. We've adapted these new rules to ensure that the atmosphere remains professional and comfortable for everyone.

LATENESS     Please be mindful of your stylists time and that of the person scheduled behind you. There is a 15 minute window allotted and you should make sure that your stylist is notified. At 30 minutes you may need to reschedule there will be a $15 late fee added or a $25 cancellation fee added to the next appointment. We accept standing appointments but after two cancellations or no shows that agreement will be void.

CREDIT CARDS TO HOLD APPOINTMENT     When you book your appointment online it will ask for a credit card to hold your appointment spot. It does NOT bill your card. Natural Locs Salon reserves the right to bill your credit card within 14 days of a no call/no show.

FOOD     All food must be consumed in the designated areas. There is a kitchen provided on the premises that you may use to eat your food. We ask that you do not bring food into the salon area.

CELL PHONES     Please respect the salon and other patrons by not having loud and lengthy conversations over your phone. Please use designated areas such as the common lobby or outside to finish your conversation. Do not talk on your phone while your hair is being shampooed. We ask that you use headphones if you are listening to music or other audio on your phone. We have headphones for sale if needed.

CHILDREN     We at Natural Locs Salon have prided ourselves for years on being a family friendly salon but under our new conditions we can only accommodate children that are being serviced. Children cannot accompany you during your visit as we do not have the room to accommodate.  Please schedule your appointments when you are able to obtain child care. If you're the parent or guardian of a child being serviced you must remain on the premises at all times. Please do NOT leave your child unattended while they are being serviced.

SICKNESS     We are now adhering to a STRICT policy on sickness. If you are sick you MUST reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. If you show up to your appointment sick you will be asked to reschedule. This is not something that can be compromised.

PAYMENT     Please be prepared to remit payment at the end of your service. Have whatever form of payment you need with you already as you will need to pay at the reception desk upon completion of your service. It is not appropriate to leave the premises to go get funds for your service. Credit Cards are the preferred form of payment but we also accept cash, CashApp, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE     We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem your behavior to be inappropriate, if you show up to your appointment intoxicated, if your state of health will put you at risk or if we are not comfortable performing the service that you are requesting due to any health implications.

OTHER GUESTS     Please do not bring extra guests with you to your appointment. We do not have the room for other people to accompany you. Unfortunately the space does not allow for us to do that at this time.
